Terms of Service — Persona CRM

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Persona CRM ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Persona CRM is a cloud-based platform and mobile app designed to help IT agencies manage sales, hiring, and freelance workflows.

The Service includes features such as lead tracking, campaign management, workflow kanban boards, analytics, and third-party integrations.

3. Browser Extensions (Upwork / LinkedIn / Djinni)

As part of the Service, Persona may provide optional browser extensions that help users transfer information from supported third‑party websites (including Upwork, LinkedIn, and Djinni) into Persona CRM.

The extensions are optional. They process data only when the user initiates an action (for example, clicks “Clip”, “Update”, “Create”, or submits an extension form).

By using the extensions, you confirm that you have the legal right to access and use the data you submit to Persona and that such use complies with applicable laws and the terms of the respective third‑party platforms.

4. Data Transmission, Consent, and Acceptable Use for Extensions

When you use an extension feature, the extension may extract information from the current webpage and transmit it to Persona servers (or a user‑configured Persona backend) over HTTPS in order to perform the requested CRM action (e.g., create, update, or check existence of a record).

The extension displays a clear disclosure and requires your consent before processing and transmitting data. You can stop the extension from processing data at any time by disabling or uninstalling it.

You agree not to use the extensions to unlawfully collect, scrape, or process personal data, violate third‑party platform rules, or otherwise misuse the Service.

5. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Subscription and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are handled securely via Stripe.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and acknowledge that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

Downgrading may result in loss of access to certain features.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

- Unauthorized access or use

- Disruption or overloading of the system

- Reverse engineering or attempting to copy the platform

- Violating intellectual property rights or applicable laws

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Service — including software, branding, and design — is owned by CML Team.

You may not copy, distribute, or use any part of the Service except as expressly allowed under these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes will be effective upon posting.

Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
